In order to complete your purchase and make your payment, we need to use your name, contact information and ID/passport information collected during account creation, and we also need you to give us the information in relation to the credit card you will be using for this purchase, in particular card holder's name, and card's number and expiry date.

CONSENT TO COTAI TICKETING

We need your authorization to collect and process your personal data as stated above and in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. Among others, please note that we primarily process your personal data in Macau SAR, but we will share your personal data with a third-party service provider that we use to help us with this service and that the data may be transferred outside of Macau SAR. We promise to keep your personal data only for the necessary period of time and take appropriate security measures to ensure its safety and confidentiality. This ticket is sold or issued by Cotai Ticketing (hereinafter referred to as CT) as agent for and on behalf of the organization, management or promoter responsible for the event (the "Promoter"). All claims are the sole responsibility of the Promoter and to the extent permitted by law. CT has no liability to you.

The following are Conditions of Sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment):

1. This ticket may not, without the prior written consent of CT and the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, forged or copied in any way or are not purchased from CT or other authorized points of sale.

2. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any ticket is permitted unless an event is postponed or cancelled in which case a Notice of Cancellation or Postponement will be placed in the media by the Promoter or CT. 3. Travel to and from the Performance Venue is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder, therefore no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by Land, Air or Sea.

4. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

5. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. CT reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets) or if patron details cannot be verified.

6. The right of admission is reserved and all ticket holders are subject to the Promoter's and the venue's Conditions of Entry, available at www.cotaiticketing.com or upon request. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.

7. Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted inside the venue, unless previously authorized by the Promoter or Venue Owner. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event and the Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holders’ image or likeness in any live or recorded video, photography or image.

8. Macao law shall govern the sale of all tickets and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macao courts.
